In the event legal or collection proceedings are required on the behalf of the Supplier to collect any unpaid balances, I agree to be responsible for any collection fees incurred by Supplier in the collection of said debt as well as any attorney fees, court costs, interest at 18%/annum, based on any unpaid balance, in the event judgment is ordered against me. I also understand that to
take full advantage of this business opportunity an initial investment not
limited to but including approximately $70,000 is required for start up costs,
license fees and training, equipment, vehicles, inventory, office equipment,
insurances, utility deposits, and so on. Obviously, this amount is reduced
by whatever equipment, insurances, office equipment and so on that are already
available and acceptable to Supplier. I also understand that a budget of
approximately of $60,000 will be required to get through the first full year of
business to handle ongoing costs such as rents, insurances, advertising,
marketing, labor costs, utilities, and so on. ______________________
