You offer Waterloov in your sales presentations in conjunction with your specific products and services. The limited dealership includes the same training as the Primary Marketing Rights Dealership. However, the limited dealer is not granted license to market or advertise the Waterloov name nor show the design of the louvers in any advertising or marketing media in a geographical territory which has the primary rights already granted to another licensee. 3. Independent Contractor. You purchase direct from Waterloov on a job by job basis. You have no commitments or minimums to maintain. and have access to a limited amount of confidential sales and installation materials. The Value The value of the Primary Marketing Rights opportunity business is valued at $9,995. For the next 10 dealerships this package is available for a special low fee of just $6,995.
