Answer: It's totally up to you. Many of our dealers are very happy without controlling a primary marketing territory. Yet, this home improvement business opportunity for primary marketing rights in a geographical territory provides the benefits of:
1. having your own territory in which to market and advertise without a competitor down the street advertising the same trade name, logos and product design.
2. a complete turnkey home improvement business opportunity where you:
• are in business for yourself--not by yourself.
• greatly improve your chances of success for a home base business. US Commerce dept reports that 95% of business opportunities succeed and only 25-30% of individual business succeed.
• have less risk than starting a new business on your own.
Question: How Much Experience Does Waterloov® Have and How Many Successful Dealers Have You?
Answer: Since 1991 Waterloov® has been selling product to dealers around the country. Some dealers have failed miserably and others have made it big. Even though training is no guarantee of success, we've seen that the likely hood of success is far greater with training than going-it-alone. Fortunately we've learned from both those who have failed and those who have succeeded. Add to that the success of our own local retail installation company since 1989, and the blue print for success is there to make this opportunity into a complete "turnkey" operation.
Question: If I can simply purchase your product and install it anyway, what advantage is there in one of your business opportunities?
Answer: It's true that you can purchase Waterloov® without becoming certified or taking advantage of any of our business offerings. At this time, there are several business opportunities:
1. A Primary Marketing Territory in which you are designated as the primary dealer for advertising and marketing Waterloov® in a specific geographical region.
2. Limited Dealership. Limited dealers add Waterloov® to their existing offerings and market the Waterloov product to their existing clientele. For example, you are a roofer wanting a superior gutter protection product and an edge on your competition. As a certified representative of Waterloov®, you will be the only roofer in your geographical area that can offer Waterloov® to your customers. However, the Limited Dealer has no marketing or advertising rights of the Waterloov® name or copyrighted materials to the general public.
3. An independent contractor. As an independent contractor you purchase on a job by job basis with no minimums to maintain. You always get a superior performing product.

We are looking for a few hard working, eager to learn individuals to succeed along with us in representing the most effective, easiest to install gutter protector in the world.
Question: How much does it cost me to get started?
Answer: Minimal. You'll need a business name, a place to do business, insurance, a relatively new van or pick-up truck, a few ladders, basic hand tools, some or all of our start-up package, a small minimum purchase to obtain dealer pricing, and some seed money to market and advertise. Eventually you might want to obtain primary marketing rights from us, but in the meantime, with your application, you'll have a first right of refusal to work in your area. Waterloov® can be a great ad-on to a large company with many offerings or it can be a great home base business.
Our Philosophy: Waterloov® is not interested in collecting a huge upfront licensing fee from you to later find out that it's not your kind of thing, i.e., going into the gutter business itself might be something I'd like to do. But, after 11 years of experience of installing gutters from time to time, it's something I knew after the third installation that I wanted no part of it. That's why locally we subcontract out all of our gutter work. I personally would never ever want to be in the business of installing gutters--my heart wouldn't be in it, yet others love the work.
This is why Waterloov® does not pressure anyone into jumping into the business with large commitments. We want you to love the product, our company, service, and the thrill of solving your customer's gutter problems so you'll know that it's truly what you want.
Question:What is the primary rights to market and advertise the Waterloov® name all about?
Answer: Each licensee is given the primary marketing and advertising rights to the Waterloov® trade name and the patented louver design in a specified geographical territory. Marketing rights include primary rights to all print media, phone books, direct mail, door-to-door, telemarketing, radio, and cable/tv stations serving the area.
What does it all cost?
