     2. Limited Dealership. Say, for instance, you are a roofer and want the best gutter protector as an add on product to your roofing business, but are not interested in going into the business of gutter protection. Then the Limited Dealership is custom made for you. With a Limited Dealership, you are the only roofer allowed to represent Waterloov in your geographical area. You offer Waterloov in your sales presentations in conjunction with your specific products and services. The limited dealership includes the same training as the Primary Marketing Rights Dealership. However, the limited dealer is not granted license to market or advertise the Waterloov name nor show the design of the louvers in any advertising or marketing media in a geographical territory which has the primary rights already granted to another licensee.

3. Independent Contractor. You purchase direct from Waterloov on a job by job basis. You have no commitments or minimums to maintain. and have access to a limited amount of confidential sales and installation materials. To apply, click here.

The steps to Take Advantage of the Opportunities:
Assuming you've ordered the sample kit and received it, or otherwise know that Waterloov is for you, then it's relatively straight forward. 
1. To qualify for Contractor Pricing (considerably lower than homeowner pricing), you need only complete the Independent Contractor application* and agreement and mail it to Waterloov, 1525B Corlies Ave., Neptune, NJ 07753. Save time and include an order for any sales aids listed below and as much product as you like  from the contractor price list which was included in with your sample kit. Your order will be shipped within eight days from receipt of your company check. If you desire immediate shipment, send a voided company check along with a bank draft or certified check or money order payable to Waterloov.

2. To qualify for dealer pricing and or to apply for a Primary Marketing Rights Dealership***, an initial minimum order of five boxes (150' in each box) of the heavy duty grade Waterloov (referred to as the #3 style panel) is required. With your order, mail the  Primary Marketing Rights Dealership application* and agreement to Waterloov, 1525B Corlies Ave., Neptune, NJ 07753.

To qualify for a Limited Dealership, and contractor pricing (considerably lower than homeowner pricing), you need only complete the Limited Dealership application* and agreement and mail it to Waterloov, 210 Broad St., Red Bank, NJ 0770. Save time and include your order for as much product as you like from the contractor price list which was included in with your sample kit and for any sales aids below. Contractors and Limited dealers can only order the following selected items from the start-up package with no minimum order requirements. 

*approving your application is dependent on a reference check and availability of distribution rights in your geographical area. If distribution agreements prevent us from selling direct to you, you will be directed to a distributor that can serve you. If reference checks with the Better Business Bureau or any other consumer's right groups reveal unanswered claims,  your application will be denied and all monies returned to you. 

**First right of refusal letter is for six months with a minimum purchase requirement listed to remain active. You may:
1. follow through at any time to formalize your license. To have your investment in your start-up package^1. count towards your total license fee, you must follow through within 90 days of the date of first right of refusal letter with a deposit for: 
                Primary Rights opportunity of $3,000 payable to Waterloov.
                Limited Dealership of $1,500 payable to Waterloov
Upon receipt of your deposit and execution of the formal Primary Marketing Rights Agreement or Limited Dealership by Waterloov, you can begin scheduling your marketing, sales and installation training:
        a. two week installation training course broken into two one week intervals over the course of three months.
        b. one week of sales and marketing training broken into two and three day segments over the course of three months.
(All training to take place at Waterloov headquarters in Red Bank, NJ unless other arrangements have been made).
A final payment². for: 
            Primary Marketing Rights of  $3,300 is required 90 days from receipt of your initial deposit:
            Limited Dealership of $805 is required 90 days from receipt of your initial deposit: 

 2. or you can delay the formal licensing procedure described above by renewing the first right of refusal for additional six month periods for $200 each time you renew. You can continue renewing your first right of refusal until we receive another application for your geographical area from another party at which time we will contact you to exercise your first right of refusal if:
1. your account is current.
2. your purchase minimums have been achieved and maintained.
3. there are no unresolved complaints from unhappy homeowners that contact us or the Better Business Bureau. 
4. your business practices and ethics of workmanship and customer relations are acceptable.
        
^1. Final payments by those applying for Primary Marketing rights include credit for initial payment of $715 for startup package providing the schedule of payments has been on time and that payments have begun within 6 months of having ordered the start-up package. Financing is available.
^2. All monies except for that of inventory, business cards, quote forms, and training provided are refundable prior to execution of final primary marketing dealership agreement or limited dealership agreement.

***Note that Primary Marketing Rights does not prohibit other contractors or limited dealers in your geographical area from purchasing inventory. It does prevent them from advertising or marketing the Waterloov trade name and product design. Exclusive distribution rights are required to fully control the distribution in a geographical area. Exclusive distribution license is very much the same as Primary Marketing Rights license with much higher minimum purchase requirements.

Enter Red Bank, NJ and the zip as 07701 for the point of origin and your city and zip code for the destination. Next check the box for business address or non business address and the number of boxes you are ordering and then click submit. It will take you to the next page to specify weights, and measurements. In the first part of this screen click on "daily pick-up" and "Yes" to answer the billing question. Then in the section that asks "Select a Package Type," click on "your packaging" in the drop down menu meaning that we supply our own boxes for your product. A box of 11 3/4" product weighs 55 pounds with dimensions as 37"length X 11" width X 4" high and a box of 7 1/2" product weighs 39 pounds with dimensions of 37" length X 61/2" width X 4" high. Each box is automatically insured for $100. However, if you want additional insurance fill in the amount desired. When finished, click on the calculate button and the next page will show you costs of all option UPS has available. Note that ground is the least expensive and for most locations in the Mid Atlantic States, delivery is normally one day from our Neptune NJ facility.
